Returns
Due to the fact that all items are handmade and are made according to the measurements provided by the customer, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
The customer has 14 days to notify us of a faulty product. We will gladly arrange a return should there be a production fault. We will rectify the issue and return it back to the customer.
EU customers: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Economic Area (EEA) generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. As all Kanella Leather products are handcrafted to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This exemption is provided under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Adjustments
If you are not happy with the fit, we will gladly make adjustments. You can contact us to arrange collection (South African orders only).
Repairs
We will gladly repair damaged products. The customer is welcome to send it to us and we will repair it at a quoted cost.
